He wrong time and in counterproductive ways It goes for immediate gratification and the uick fix in spite of your best laid plansNow in a revolutionary rethinking of the link between emotion and behavior veteran psychotherapist Susan Anderson offers a three step program to tame your Outer Childs destructive behavior This dynamic transfor Feels poorly written and way personal information at times than necessary such as a very long story about weight gain during menopause I think because the author also runs workshops the stories go on and on and the answers to the uestions are buried so far down in them that it feels like we are in a workshop that spans months It just doesn’t get to the point uickly enough Would have been nice to weed out the repetitive references and better separate the problem from the solution At least there is a table of contents so I can target a specific area
