Single User KVM Switches (Coax)

We offer a range of single user switches that allow one person to control one of the many attached computers using one Keyboard, Video screen and Mouse, known collectively as a Console.

The person can access a switch at the rack (Console A), via a web browser (Console B), from a nearby room over a CAT5 extender (Console C)or through a combination of these methods.

The computers are connected to the switch with traditional coax style cables. Typically these cables offer a higher video quality and are less affected by skew or interfearance than CAT5 KVM cables.

	Rose Vista Console A to 2, 4 and 8 port switches, recommended for desktop and 19" rack- mounted applications.
	Cyberview (PC, Mac & SUN) Console A or C to 4, 8 and 16 port switches wih On Screen Display (OSD), recommended for 19" rack-mount applications
	Rose UltraView (PC, Mac,& SUN) Console A to 2, 4, 12 and 16 port switches with On Screen Display (OSD) and enhanced recovery functions. Recommended for desktop and 19" rack-mounted applications.

Multi User KVM Switches

Where you have more than one person that need access to the switched computers our multi-user switches can handle between 2 - 16 simultaneous users.

	Rose UltraMatrix (PC, MAC & Sun) Supports 2, 4, 8 and 16 simultaneous users each with Console A access to 1000's of computers. All in one solution, recommended where high quality video performance is required. Provides a low cost entry into scaleable multi-user switching.
	Cyberview (PC, Mac & SUN) Console A and B access enables two simultaneous users on an 8 or 16 port switch with On Screen Display (OSD), recommended for 19" rack-mount applications. Allow access from two locations or local access plus remote access over IP

Serial Console Port switches

If some of your systems use a serial console interface you can either use a KVM with built in serial emulation such as the Rose UltraView, Ultraconsole and UltraMatrix or the Raritan Paragon.

If you prefer direct serial access rather than rely upon emulation, the Raritan ConsoleSwitch connects drectly to serial devices and will allow a local console or a remote console session to operate many connected serial devices.

	Rose UltraConsole A range of Console A to 4,8 and 16 port switches that control both serial and KVM devices. The switch includes a colour VT220 terminal emulator. Uses a standard monitor, keyboard and mouse. It is ideal for use in mixed racks where a standard monitor can control PC, Sun and serial servers.
	Raritan Console Switch Connects 2 serial terminals to 32 serial console ports. Recommended for 19" rack application. KVM and Serial Extenders

If you dont want to work next to your computers, you can relocate the keyboard monitor and mouse to where you want them and connect back to the computer or switch via CAT5 UTP cable or fibre optic cable. These extenders can also be used to extend audio and serial signals over extended distances.
